Mobile DTC design and prototype
During my co-op at Procter & Gamble, I was assigned projects to enhance the online shopping experience, develop internal AI tools, and design a store display. I colla borated with multi-disciplinary teams both in the US at the Mason business center as well as the design teams in Germany and Singapore. I explored new technology and design ideas within the Oral B department. One the three projects that I worked remains confidential.

Project 1
Digital Design using Figma to develop a prototype for front end of sales of specialty Oral B products using trend analysis and market research which included audience demographics, user needs and behaviors, performance benchmarks, competitor analysis content strategy, UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and usability testing. Project 2
Industrial Design of an in-store display to highlight Oral B products. AI software was used for ideation after benchmarking, design research and analysis was done to optimize layout, aesthetics, and shopper engagement. Rapid testing and implementation of display variations to consumer preferences was greatly enhanced with internal software use.
Project 3
Digital Design using Figma to develop a working prototype of an update to mobile sales site for the Oral B brand. Design research included competitive analysis benchmarking to determine industry standards, user behavior studies, and UX/UI analysis to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
